Shipping/Order Info Shipping Information: Bumper Tube Co. ships all orders Standard Ground UPS. We ship to physical street addresses only. We do not ship to post office boxes. Unlike other companies, our customers pay for their freight charges only. We do not charge a flat rate or offer "FREE" shipping. There is no such thing as "FREE" shipping. Our product prices reflect this freight policy. Pool Tables and Shuffleboards are shipped Common Carrier (commercial truck). Pool Tables and Shuffleboards are shipped Freight Prepaid. We will provide you with the Freight charges when ordering. Freight charges are based upon weight and distance. We use multiple trucking companies and shop for the best possible rate. We enjoy significant discounts with the trucking companies and pass them directly on to you. We make every effort to save you money where we can. We will attempt to contact you when your table(s) leave the shipping dock. When we contact you we will provide you with the trucking company name, their toll-free telephone number, and a PRO number (tracking number). By calling the trucking company, a delivery time can generally be arranged or your merchandise can be held at a local terminal for your pickup. A friendly reminder; it is your responsibility to unload the truck and move the table into your establishment. It is not the responsibility of the driver to off-load the truck. So make sure you have enough help available to accept delivery. Damaged Items: If a table(s) appears to be damaged i.e. (large holes in the carton, and table is exposed with obvious damage). DO NOT accept delivery. Call our office immediately, and we will reship your order without delay. Your satisfaction is our primary concern. Shipping time: We attempt to ship all items the same day the order is taken. Pool Tables and Shuffleboards are usually shipped within 5 (five) working days of the order. Order confirmation: After an order has been placed with bumpertube.com, you will be notified via email that your order was received.
