Welcome to IronMind's e-store! We thank you for choosing IronMind products for your strength training needs and hope that they provide many hours of productive training for years to come.
Please note the following to ensure a timely delivery of your IronMind order:
- Orders placed by 7 a.m. PST will be shipped the same business day; orders received after that time will be shipped the following business day.
- A business day is Monday through Friday (except holidays) and does not include weekends.
- Normal delivery time via regular shipping is 2 to 4 business days for West Coast orders and 6-7 business days for East Coast orders; and 2 to 4 weeks for international orders.
- Expedited shipping:If you select 2-business day air shipping, you will receive your order two business days after your order is shipped. For example, if you order on Wednesday, your order will (normally) ship on Thursday, for delivery the following Monday. Please provide a street address for 2-business day air shipping. Please note that UPS does not guarantee expedited shipping during inclement weather.
- You will receive an order number when your order is completed, as well as several e-mail confirmations. If your e-mail address is incorrectly entered, you will not receive any confirmations. Please check your e-mail regularly after placing your order in case we have contacted you for a bank card problem, shipping confirmation, or question about your order.
- If you do not receive a shipping amount on your order, we'll send a follow-up e-mail with the S&H charges for your confirmation.
- The most common error at Check-Out is entering the wrong expiration date or 3-digit security code for your VISA or MC. Please check your bank card details carefully to avoid a delay in processing your order.
- You are welcome to use an IronMind gift certificate in our e-store. Just leave a message in the Special Instructions box at Check-Out, noting the certificate number and amount, and we'll be sure to apply it to your order.
